The BS cleaners are designed for the high intensity cleaning of all kinds of grain, such as rapeseed, wheat, barley, rye, oats, maize and other cereals, as well as seeds of sunflower, horse bean, pea and other leguminous plants.

Due to the large screen area and aspiration system these cleaners achieve very good capacities not only during the preliminary cleaning but during the intensive cleaning as well.

Graudu priekštīrītājs M502 paredzēts graudu un zālaugu sēklu attīrīšanai no svešķermeņiem, kas ir vieglāki par attīrāmajiem graudiem (sēklām). Graudu tīrīšanu ieteicams veikt pirms graudu sabēršanas glabāšanai apcirkņos. Graudu tīrīšanu īpaši ieteicams veikt gadījumā, ja graudu transportēšanai uz apcirkņiem tiek izmantots pneimatiskais transportieris, jo par graudiem vieglāki piemaisījumi var sakrāties vienā apcirkņa daļā, ievērojami pazeminot graudu vēdināšanas efektivitāti vai izraisot pūšanas procesus. Graudu tīrīšanu nepieciešams veikt arī pirms graudu kodināšanas, jo putekļi un vieglie piemaisījumi uztver daļu kodnes, samazinot kodināšanas efektivitāti.
Graudu priekštīrītājus M502 raksturo neliels jaudas patēriņš, mašīnu iespējams viegli pārvietot un uzstādīt jebkurā vietā (ņemot vērā prasības, kas izvirzītas pieslēgumam pie elektriskā tīkla). Graudu priekštīrītāju iespējams ekspluatēt kopā ar citām firmas POM ražotajām mašīnām – T206/2, T206/3, T206/4, T378/1, T378/2.

Grain cleaners Denis NSD Array Drukāt Array  E-pasts

The NSD cleaner-separators have benefited from DENIS longterm experience and know-how in this field.
Robust, compact and reliable as all other DENIS separators, they come with some interesting features, increasing performances and flexibility.
NSD 1, with one screen box, has a capacity of 25 to 35 TPH.
NSD 2, with two screen boxes, has a capacity of 50 to 70 TPH.


They present the following strong advantages:
Rubber balls for screen cleaning, which need no adjustment or maintenance.

Initial and final aspiration
- precise aspiration is provided using high air lifting chimneys,
- carried out on the total grain flow before and after splitting the flow for each screen box,
- aspiration efficiency is maintained keeping efficiency with a double cascade of grain allowing no fouling or unwanted air entry.
Large screen area with split screens which allow easy screen change with a simple release system, even after long operating periods.

Flexibility in operation:
Typically for standard cleaning, when both screens are used,
- the upper screens remove large impurities (scalping),
- the lower screens removes small impurities (screening).

Due to the large screen area and aspiration system these cleaners achieve very good capacities not only during the preliminary cleaning but during the intensive cleaning as well.

For precleaning, or when cleaning rapeseed for example, when only scalping is required, one can use all screens for scalping and increase throughput by doubling the effective screen area.		 All screens for undersize material

When grading malting barley for example, when only the lower screens are actually used for removing small grains, with a simple outlet exchange, one can use all screens for screening and increase grading efficiency by doubling the effective screen area.
